App Integration Import Technology
Our App Integration platform is an incredibly flexible system-agnostic method to bring in brand new products and items to orders or quotes, full new orders or individual line items with existing items, bills of materials and labour (temporary or permanent), and even the ability to reimport existing lines. Here are a few of many systems we have imported from:
If you are re-entering data to create orders or new products and would rather use that time for other tasks, contact us to find out if we can help with our import capabilities.
Logistics-Based Order Dates

Important Announcements
Microsoft Excel ActiveX Security Settings
We have been receiving reports of cases where individual users are not able to create configured order lines as expected. For example, while it appears the configurator processes the line without error, if you check the bill of material you will see that one was not created. In each case we have reviewed so far, the root cause of the issue has been the Excel Trust Center ActiveX setting of the affected user's Excel installation. The relevant setting can be found in Excel here: Excel Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > ActiveX settings
If Disable all controls without notification is enabled this is the likely cause of the issue. Changing this setting to either "Enable all controls without restrictions and without prompting" or "Prompt me before enabling all controls with minimal restrictions" should restore the expected behaviour. However, if the issue persists please contact Seradex support.
Supported Software
Support for SQL Server versions 2008, 2008R2, 2012 and 2014 has been discontinued. Also, support for sxRuntime.mdb and the classic Visual Basic 6 forms has been discontinued. If you are still using any of these technologies, while you will be able to update your license, you will not be able to download software updates until you migrate to supported sofware. We will assist you with this migration; please submit a support ticket to get started.
