The Advanced Search module must be activated. If you have not yet purchased a license, please contact your Project Manager or a Seradex Sales Representative.
OrderStream's Advanced Search functionality is a powerful tool which allows users to efficiently and easily locate the information they require. Multiple searches are available on individual tabs within one main window; in addition, searches can be linked to allow for filtering within multiple searches by entering search criteria into one search.
The Advanced Search module is the ideal solution if you would like to build your own customized search screens. It can be a replacement for the standard searches, static reports, and the Smart Finder.
The standard CRM Account Search is shown below to provide an example of a multi tab search within Advanced Search.

The Advanced Search module includes built in standard searches that have been previously setup. The standard searches are based on general requirements from most industries. The system does have the capability to create your own custom Advanced Searches, for your own specific business requirements.
