The OrderStream Configurator Excel View functionality provides one click access to data generated by the excel workbook for the product line being configured. To make use of this feature, the appropriate product line workbooks must be correctly set up.
The Excel View will display date contained within a specified range of cells within a single worksheet. You can either use an existing worksheet or create a new worksheet. For this example we will create a new worksheet called "Pricing". Data has been entered entered into a range of cells extending from A1 to B12. The data entered may be formulas or hard-coded values.
Next, view the product line workbook's Output sheet and enter the range of cells to display in the excel view into cell E19. This value must NOT be a formula; do not enter an "=" prior to the range.
The excel view form is launched by clicking the button located beside the product line combo.
After clicking this button the excel view form will launch and will display the data found within the specified range.
