Removing Entries from a Bank Deposit

There are times where you will notice that you entered a duplicate entry or an entry for the wrong period or bank account. In theses cases, you will be required to remove these individual entries from the bank deposit.

 

To remove an entry from a deposit:

 

1.Left click on the row number in the list of deposit entries to select the entire row.

 

2.Press the delete button on the keyboard

 

3.Review the warning message box and choose yes or no to continue or cancel the removal of the entry on this deposit.

 

Please note that this can only be done if the deposit has not been posted.
