Production Status

This form is launched from the OrderStream profile bar by clicking on the [Production] tab. and then [Production Status] and looks as shown below.

This form is ideal for customer service to respond regarding ship dates. When customers call they expect a quick response on “Where is it?” and “When will it ship?”

Open the form and click in the field that you need to search. For example, if the customer gives you their PO number, click in Customer PO then start to type their PO number. The PO number will display along with the Work Order NO., Item No. (line item 1, other items are in combo box) and Customer No.

If the item has been scheduled, the due date and expected date for the parent item will display in the Item Information box.

In the main body, all information regarding the status of the most recent operations will display. To see all other operations click on Tools and Show all Operations.
