Hides or displays the search window tool bar.  The tool bar is shown in the following image (indicated by the red arrow):

Hides or displays the search window status bar.  The status bar is shown in the following image (indicated by the red arrow):

Exports the results displayed within the search results grid to an excel workbook.

Hides or displays the summaries section of the search results grid for columns set up to calculate summaries.

Hides or displays the additional row filters available to filter search results displayed within the search results grid.

Clears the criteria entered into the Filter section of the search window.

Saves the search window layout when multiple searches are visible simultaneously.

Initiates the mail merge process from search.  Only visible when mail merge capabilities have been set up for the currently active search.

Cascades open search windows.

Tiles open search windows vertically. 

Tiles open search windows horizontally.

Closes all open search windows.
