1. | Click on “Apply Filter” to load items |
2. | Explanation of headings: |
a. | Qty on Hand – Quantity available |
b. | Qty Req WO – Quantity required by a parent on an open WO |
c. | Qty Req SO - Quantity required by an open SO |
d. | Qty on Open WO – Quantity on an Open WO |
3. | Math to calculate “Qty to Make” |
a. | Qty To Make = Qty on Hand – (Qty Req WO + Qty Req SO) + Qty on Open WO – (Reorder Level + Reorder Qty) |
b. | If number is negative = Make Qty |
5. | Click on “Add to Work Order” |
