Seradex offers a very powerful tool to ensure quality and complete data is being entered into the system. This tool can be run anytime to identify holes or problems in your data. The Integrity check form is accessed through the OrderStream profile by clicking on the [Utilities] tab, followed by the [Data Integrity Check] button, and looks as shown below.

Synchronize
The Synchronize function will set all existing specs to match the Item Master Category, Location, Buy/Make/Sell/Stock flags as well as Reorder Qty and Level.
Setting Up Chaperones
A series of checks can be setup by department or user. An example of a set of checks for the purchasing department is shown below. The quick check can be run frequently and conveniently when required. After a quick check is set up it is available by a menu option.

Once this form pops up click on the check button. All areas of the system will then be checked for integrity errors. When it is finished checking please review each of the columns and look to see if there are any failures. If there were integrity failures then it would be wise to correct them as soon as possible. In many instances a reported problem is direct result of data integrity failures, thus it is critical you keep your data clean.
Creating Custom Integrity Checks

This form allows you to add new checks and classify existing checks. If you don’t want to include a check unclick Include. If you want failures to be highlighted in Red then click on Critical Error.
