This section has been created to outline the basic steps needed to create custom crystal report files and integrate them into the Seradex OrderStream application.
Note: As of January 1, 2022, Seradex development and professional services do not provide support for custom Crystal reports. "It Just Works" compatibility with OrderStream will be preserved for custom and core Crystal reports; no timeframe by which support with OrderStream will be discontinued has been established.
Seradex has chosen the Telerik reporting platform as the successor of Crystal reports. Information on Telerik report development is forthcoming.
