Module Overview:
The Seradex Balanced Scorecard provides OrderStream users with a detailed performance breakdown of their business. The Balance Scorecard targets key areas of importance, such as vendor performance, sales representative performance, high volume customers, production performance and more. The data is delivered via spreadsheet and areas of interest are split into individual sheets; this format allows for information from all aspects of the business to be presented in one easy to read location and provides the ability for quick analysis. This analysis allows for action to be taken on areas of concern or to acknowledge and reward outstanding achievements.
Each time the Balanced Scorecard is launched, the data on each sheet is refreshed ensuring you are viewing the most recent live data.
