Prerequisites:
1) The Sales Quota Module must be activated. If you have not yet purchased a license for it, please contact your project manager or a Seradex Sales Representative.
2) The fiscal calendar for the current fiscal year has to be created in order for Quota module to function correctly. If the fiscal calendar has not been created, when the Quota module is launched, you will be presented with the following prompt:
Clicking Yes will take you to the Fiscal Calendar tab of the Company Setup module where you can create the fiscal calendar for the current fiscal year. After you have done so, when you click the Close button on the Fiscal Calendar tab you will be taken directly back to the Quota module.
If you click No, you will be prompted again to create the current fiscal calendar.
You will not be able to use the Quota module until the fiscal calendar has been created.
