CRM provides the ability to apply filters to the Company combo to limit the available selections to those that match the value filtered on. Right click on any of the fields in the following list and select Filter to filter by Customers or Prospects associated to the filtered value in the selected field.
For example, when filtering on the Country field when set to Canada, only Canadian companies will be available for selection in the Company drop down menu.
To remove the filter, right click on the field you filtered on and select Remove Filter.
