Database access is granted to groups via the Database Setup form, which is accessed via the Profile Editor’s Tools menu. After selecting the appropriate database from the Database drop down, the form will populate and load existing user groups into the grid that occupies the lower section of the window.
Check the Include checkbox to grant the members of a group to the selected database.
