Prerequisites:
The Service Order Module must be activated. If you have not yet purchased a license, please contract your project manager or a Seradex Sales Representative.
Module Overview:
The Seradex service module automates costly and time-consuming processes and seamlessly links technicians, customers, parts suppliers, and the office to provide improved operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
The objectives of the module include:

The Service Module allows a service issue to be entered, tracked and monitored until it is resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. The Customer Service form is accessed by clicking on the Utilities bar, followed by the Service Order icon to display as shown below.
